Abstract:Adopting trade mark strategies in foreign trade is an important guarantee for China's foreign trade to grow with improved quality. A mechanism should be created in which enterprises rival for famous trade marks. With famous trade marks and enterprises whose products bear these trade marks as the "dragon head", foreign trade enterprise groups should be developed faster, such intangible assets as trade marks restricted by the assets management responsibility system, and trade marks' protection of quality of products and service enhanced.
