| Abstract: | This paper deals with the factors affecting the availability and robustness of trust as a governance mechanism in inter-firm relations. The analysis is focused on both endo- and exogeneous determinants. The paper aims at providing an overview for basis for further theoretical discussion and operationalisation in empirical research. It is concluded with an example of a conceptual model applying the analyzed concepts. |
