Abstract: | Developments in the legal environment, in which marketing functions, are discussed by presenting contests on the following topics: 1. regulation of monopolistic methods; 2. regulation of product characteristics /quality, packaging and labelling, credit terms and conditions of sale/; 3. regulation of price competition; 4. regulation of channels of distribution /operating features of marketing institutions, relations between buyer and seller/; 5. unfair competition /advertising and other promotional methods, trademarks and trade names/; 6. procedural and miscellaneous developments. |
