| Abstract: | The article investigates the effect of innovation auditing on companies and whether these could be done more efficiently. The reasons behind doing an innovation audit are discussed. A new, facilitated, interactive way of using an innovation audit to achieve or improve high-involvement innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises through a learning process is examined. |
