| Abstract: | It is argued in the paper that the nexus-of-contracts (hereafter as: n-of-ctrs.) view is static and limited due to its assumption of price-output certainty. There is an attempt made to a synthesis of the n-of-ctrs. and the Knightian views providing novel insights into the normative adequacy of the investor-centered firm. |
