| Abstract: | In its operation, the land rental market in our nation is characterized by its simple relationship between principals and limited and simple transfer forms of right of land use. The land rental market is now in a scattered and imperfect state. Its development must be promoted in terms of hardening the budget restriction of state enterprises and heightening the transparency of economic relations. |
