| Abstract: | This article makes a theoretical analysis of the public ownership of land , the structure of land use, the land rent, the land property rights and so on. To cure the problems like the urban land market, the farm land roam and transforming arable land into construction sites, the author puts forward basic measures to further reform the land management system. That is to enforce a unified planing, housing and landing reform, as well as to put into practice the vertical leading system in the land use management. |
