| Abstract: | Real estate is taken as the economic growth point in Pudong New Area: Since the beginning of this year, the planning and management of real estate have been strengthened further, more good-quality buildings constructed, the environment of residential quarters optimized and effective demand increased. At the same time, the reform of housing distribution system, especially the process of monetized housing distribution have been advanced comprehensively, thus stimulating real estate development and operation. The first half of the year saw stable development in scale of investment, continuous adjustment of investment structure, housing market tending to boom and the up ward momentum of marketing. |
