| Abstract: | Since investment in real estate involves almost every field of national economy, it is possible to realize the benign and cooperative development of economy. As far as real estate investors are concerned, they should reduce their investment in industries with overstocking products, e.g. electronic and electromechanical industries, and increase investment in industries in shortage of products, such as water, electricity, energy, raw materials etc, so as to embody the goal of realizing maximal profit government can embody its macro-economic control on the basis of resource allocation by market by adjusting resource allocation factors before production and product distribution after production in the national economy. |
