| Abstract: | The scarcity of land resources in Macao determines the importance and value-added nature of its land. Under the background of land scarcity, return of sovereignty and the clear political situation, real estate in Macao has presented new characters: It develops at a high speed; both Chinese and portuguese governments have attached great importance to land development and development of real estate industry; the development of real estate moves further along in the vertical direction and on every side; besides the Macao island, the land development process in Hanzai and Luhuan will also be sped up. There's a bright future for the real estate industry of Macao. |
