Abstract:This article examines the importance of the evaluation of a tourist brochure. The results of this mail survey indicate that in spite of the new information search technology, brochures still have a great effect on visitation interest levels and actual visitation. According to the survey, travelers who had more positive evaluations of the brochure were more likely to be actual visitors or at least regard the town introduced in the brochure as a possible destination.
