| Abstract: | In this paper multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA) methodology and preference ranking organization method of enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE) are used in collaborative environmental planning in river management. In the process PROMETHEE aid to frame the stakeholder discussion of river management alternatives, and MCDA procedure aid the stakeholders to explicit their preferences and framed the group process that made substantive discussions about long-term river management possible. |
