| Abstract: | Just-in-time increases requirements against logistics. In European automobile industry the original Japanese kanban system cannot be implemented due to different product life cycles and demand characteristics. An alternative solution is the independent storage firm, whose economic, technical and qualitative advantages are the theme of the article. |
