Abstract:In this article, it is argued that to enhance entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial (hereafter as: e-p-l.) learning among students, it is vital for teachers to become more e-p-l., as well. This research aims at answering the following question: Can learning in teams help teachers to become e-p-l. teachers? The focus is on exploring the interplay between team support and efficacy beliefs in a two-year teacher team experiment. The findings indicate a positive relationship btw. team support and team members' efficacy beliefs. It can be stated that collaborative and e-p-l. team learning can increase team members' competencies to act as e-p-l. teachers.
