| Abstract: | Based on previous research and on data collected from samples of eight countries (USA, China, Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Holland, Hungary and Israel) this study aims to examine the structure of work value items for respondents in different cultural environments. The fact that essentially the same structure was obtained in eight independent samples lends substantial support to the definitional framework of work values suggested. |
