| Abstract: | A study was conducted to examine- across two groups of professionals; engineers and nurses,- the mediating role of work-home conflict within the context of a previously explored model of role stress and its work outcomes.The alternative models examined here ( the complete and partial mediation/spill over models) specified both the antecedents and the consequences of work-home conflict. |
