| Abstract: | The article surveys the changes in radio broadcasting in Eastern and Central Europe. It speaks about the dominance of state monopoly and the necessity of new laws regulating radio broadcasting and describes in short the different drafts. Finally the possible financial sources are discussed: advertisements and sponsorship. |
