| Abstract: | The state-owned economic sector of Shanghai is going to have the following changes in terms of lay out: changing direction: 1. from industry to the key industries, such as the finance and insurance in the tertiary industry, commodity wholesale, foreign trade, aviation and oceangoing transportation; 2.from the general processing industry to high and new industries and the pillar industries which are the key industries to be developed continuously; 3. from medium and small-sized enterprises to large enterprises groups; 4. from business field to public field. |
