Abstract:According to this article business-to-business electronic commerce is forcing companies to face decisions on B2B e-commerce head-on or be the losers that fail to adapt to emerging technology and adopt e-commerce strategies. Through careful examination of the models presented here and the corresponding managerial decisions, firms can be successful in the electronic economy.
