Abstract: | Successful research and development begins with clearly thought out selection of the correct projects and reliable founding. Progression to a well-marketed product also requires long-term vision, effective liaison between research and development and the rest of the company, plus a structure for eliminating obstacles. Problems related to the coordination of R and D are: link between strategic planning and the technical objectives; the selection of R and D; guidelines for carrying R and D to commercialisation and the funding. |
