Abstract: | This article revisits an equity model taxonomy this journal published in 1988. The taxonomy is revised by introducing a set of moral philosophies, and it is argued that these philosophies are predecessors of operational strategies determining equity outcomes. Fourteen operational strategies for deterniming equity outcomes are identified, and their link-up with operational criteria and moral philosophies is analyzed. |
