| Abstract: | The authors reflect on their experience of working with action learning groups on managerial and organisational change. They are attempting to look 'inside' the original concept of action learning, which they see as being too rationally based, in order to suggest ways that psychological and political issues in groups and organisations can be integrated into the practice of action learning. |
