| Abstract: | The article is about a computer based training program which was developed for workers assembling Audi V6 motors in Ingolstadt. The program which is interactive integrates texts, graphic, scanned pictures, video and live speech and allows for simulation too. It is a cost effective alternative to traditional teaching methods above 250 pupils. |
