| Abstract: | In world trade there are lots of non tariff barriers. One of them is voluntary restriction of export. Usually it is not voluntary and the benefit is occasionally less than the loss. The voluntary restriction of export is discriminative. Voluntary restriction of export decreases the export volume and makes the price of the exported products rise sharply in countries which import them. Therefore the foreign manufacturers can get extra income. In many aspects, voluntary restriction of export distorts the trade and the manufacture. |
