Abstract:At Price Waterhouse, the bond between partners is so strong that senior partner Ian Brindle has compared it to superglue. There is emotion in a partnership which is lacking in an ordinary corporate structure. Partners are so strongly motivated that they are incredibly sensitive about the partnership and its future. Over issues like mergers people are genuinely upset, affronted and vehement over how much it matters to them. The sense of emotion when the partnership binds together is overwhelming.
