| Abstract: | Domestic satellite operators met in Las Vegas to debate the current problems. They agreed that it was necessary to ask satellite users for pre-launch commitments because financial returns should be improved. They suggested at the same time to occasional users to consolidate their needs. Operators say their capacity can meet the needs in the 1990s. |
