Abstract: | Incorporation is inevitable for large firms, implies David McDonnel, because the essence and spirit of partnership is impossible for a group much bigger than 20. For the Big Six, partnership doesn't bring any benefits. They will incorporate in the UK and in the US within five years. The distinction between the different needs of different types of clients is a very important one. For David McDonnel, the issues are absolutely plain. |
