| Abstract: | There is something new on the diversity training front: board games. Diversity games help employees talk about issues ranging from cultural differences to physical disabilities. Employees often are surprised by what they learn, and the fun context of the game format may allow conversation to cover subjects that they otherwise might shy away from. |
