| Abstract: | A somewhat radical new method, different enough from the traditional approaches to programming to be termed a new paradigm, is emerging out of specialized software labs and into the pragmatic mainstream. It is called the object oriented approach to software development. It opens a door, which, over the long-term, promises to lead today's low productivity, maintenance dominated, software crisis. |
