ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

Abstract:Middle managers are bewildered. For them to believe in change the organisation has to actually do things differently as well as saying that change should be happening. You need experts in an organisation, but they need good mechanisms to enable their contribution to work effectively. You need to encourage autonomy to free people in their thinking, but at the same time there still have to be mundane concepts, such as targets to be met.
