| Abstract: | The authors introduce a framework for the evaluation of material flow system models diagnosis of model performance problem, selection of model improvement actions and the implementation of these actions. The aim is to present a framework for a material flow system design workstation that aids the designer in analysing and improving material flow system models. They present strategies for addressing tasks within the evaluation and redesign process as well as their implementation. The concepts presented are implemented in a design workstation for material flow systems. |
