| Abstract: | In the highly volatile business of fashion apparel manufacturing, response time and manufacturing flexibility are competitive imperatives. Moving from traditional, inventory intensive methods to low inventory work centers requires training on the shop floor. Animated simulation models offer advantages in providing this training, positively influencing operators' attitudes, understanding, and behavior. |
