| Abstract: | In the business of bank's loan, the assure formulation is the guaranty and mortgage. When the mortgage and guaranty effect commonly in a contract, they produce interrelationship law phenomenon. The relationship between guarantor and guarantee exists obvious distinction between the responsibility, scope and the law relationship with debtor. to clear up the distinction can only make full use of the advantages of the coalition of guaranty and mortgage. |
