| Abstract: | Realizing company system is good for clearing up property right of enterprises to promote the reform of property right system, and to strengthen the management of state-assets of inflation proof and increase, which lay a foundation of setting up modern enterprise system. The company system can solve the problems of non-reasonable competition that led by government intervene and more debt for the enterprises. State-owner enterprises must increase the market competition. |
