| Abstract: | Change, in all its guises emerged as the most common problem facing organizations today in a survey of 150 members of AMA's advisory councils. The survey asked these executives to identify the biggest problem they face in today's business environment. After change, other concerns included finding skilled employees, creating and managing growth, and improving effectiveness through reengineering and other methods. This article takes a look at how these issues are affecting American companies. |
