| Abstract: | Social effects brought by merger may deviate from the aim of the state's macro adjustment policies. So merger should be favorable to and subordinated to rational allocation of social resources and effective adjustment of industrial structure. Merger is an effective operation mechanism for reallocation of resources in large-scale socialized production. Whether this mechanism can operate effectively or not is decided by several conditions for merger. |
