| Abstract: | At present, the basic frame work system composed of the intermediate institutions for verifying notarization, evaluation exchange, agency, consultant, negotiation and coordination as well as arbitration, is being shaped in China. Its basic functions are service, communication, fair judgement and supervision. The department concerned has already incorporated the legal system of market intermediate institutions in the plan of legislation. |
