Abstract:Many managers equate crisis management with reputation management. The former usually happens because of internal or external emergencies, when a company's back is against the wall. In crisis management, the entire organization may not be mobilized. Reputation management is far different. It is a mode of operation and a disciplined attitude ingrained in the culture of a company, and it is the responsibility of all those work therein.
