| Abstract: | Despite the recent news blitz about millions being laid off as a result of downsizing, there are many who are dealing with the opposite problem: how to work inside ever bigger corporations. Millions are working inside corporate universes that are emphatically expanding. Merger after merger is creating behemoths that require their own special set of managerial skills. It is too soon to tell if they will be succesful. |
