CRISIS MANAGEMENT
CONTROL
Language:eng
Abstract:A crisis can strike any company without warning. Creating a situation marked by the stress of sudden change, it can't be resolved by normal routine procedures. Though prevention is very important, avoidance is sometimes impossible. A crisis can slash stock values and escalate operating costs, causing both short- and long-term financial losses. A mismanaged crisis can also damage a company's reputation and diminish consumer confidence, if not crush it altogether.
