Abstract:The article criticises former corporate identity ideas as simplified concepts of an idealistic approach to establish "one" shining organizational reality. The article prognoses, that these enterprises would be successful, where corporate culture isn't mainly influenced by an operational hectic atmosphere and where people are given an authentic chance of identifying themselves with patterns of their interests.
