| Abstract: | Nowadays web surveys are used to complement telephone survey data, but in the future the methods of internet surveys will replace telephone interviews as the primary method for surveying population. In this article is described a study where both web and telephone surveys are used to collect data on the corporate reputation of an international firm. |
