| Abstract: | The existing approaches to measure key indicators that represent drivers of knowledge economy divide several different interrelated directions. The aim of this paper is to achieve more standardization for the knowledge and intellectual capital evaluation. The analysis draws mainly upon literature review and practical experiences in knowledge-based development assessments. According to the results a great number of institutions still adopt a variety of assessment approaches which are intricate to reconcile. |
