Abstract:This study aims at examining the constructs influencing job applicants' perceptions of the corporate career web sites (here as: c-c-w-sts.) using the general theoretical frames of the technology acceptance model (TAM) and SERVQUAL. Based on survey data collected from more than 230 respondents about their perceptions of the c-c-w-sts., it is overall shown that perceived (as: pcd.) ease of use, pcd. enjoyment, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability positively affect pcd. usefulness. Intention to use was significantly influenced by pcd. usefulness and attitude.
