| Abstract: | This paper frames the debate on corporate governance convergence (henceforth as: c-g.) convergence (as: cvrg.) as to the morality underlying corporate governance models. Arguments of moral relativism are presented in order to provide theoretical structure to the moral aspects of c-g. cvrg. Herein, a range of moral philosophies and principles underlying the dominant corporate governance models are identified which leads to a consideration of the claims and arguments of moral relativism relating to c-g. etc. |
