Abstract:Information that bank employees can provide to corporate decision-makers is often ignored, and managers are inclined to privilege the figures derived from balance-sheet analysis. A method was developed in order to allow processing of all available information and to derive a reliable synthesis which could help the decision-makers. Three steps of the method - definition and gathering of relevant data, processing of subjective information provided by bank employees, and determination of an efficient data synthesis - are detailed. An example of an application is presented.
