Abstract: | In April 1989 a group of 18 European executives made a fact finding mission to Japan to study the Total Quality Control (TQC) methods of 8 companies from various industries. Some key elements of TQC from each company are described. TQC means the total dedication to quality, the obsession with customer satisfaction, unified and motivated workforce works together to assure quality. |
