| Abstract: | Intelsat Business Service (IBS) offers an all purpose digital service for international business telecommunications. The greatest number of users is found in the USA where the most significant carrier is the Overseas Telecommunications Inc. They serve the major computer companies and auto industry, too. In Europe, users are in connection with the national Post, Telegraph and Telephone administrations. The number of earth stations is steadily growing and by the end of 1987 it will make out 128 or so. |
