| Abstract: | Social structures are always on the change. Requirements and their fulfilment are the driving force. Physics, sociology and psychology, in particular, have accelerated this development over the last few decades. It has resulted in new selection possibilities for us all. The reverse side of the medal is the increasing responsibility associated with decision-making. Time is the standard measurement nowadays. Thinking in the time raster necessitates essentialisation. But this changes our social and individual behaviour. |
