| Abstract: | Although Shanghai's economy has developed at an astonishing speed in recent years and has great potential, it will be still difficult for it to keep pace with Hong kong's economy in quite a long time for its base number is small. So it is suitable that Shanghai mainly faces home and positions itself as the domestic financial center and an experimental place for the new financial policies while Hong kong should further face the world and be turned finally into China's international financial center. In terms of the relation ship between Shanghai and Hong kong they are both opponents and partners. |
